As almost everyone in our life knows, last year our son Logan battled for his life. He was admitted to the hospital on a Sunday night in early May with a diagnosis of Stage 4 Burkitt Lymphoma & Lukemia accompanied by kidney failure. Within the next couple of days, he lost the ability to walk, talk, eat, and even simply sit up in bed. He spent the next six months fighting for his life and by the grace of God combined with incredible medical treatment from UofM - Mott's Children's Hospital he was able to overcome everything he was up against. We thank God everyday that Logan is still here with us. If you saw him today, you wouldn't have the slightest idea all that he went through. The Jenna Kast Believe in Miracles Foundation is a 501c3 non profit dedicated to enriching the lives of Michigan children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions by buying gifts and bringing joy and hope to their lives. This amazing foundation granted Logan a wish earlier this year. It was something that we never knew would be possible as he was 20years old. Learning that there was an organization out there that was trying to do whatever they could to help bring some light and joy back to children meant the world to Logan. It gave him something to look forward to and something that he will remember forever.

Now here is the part where Lois, Logan and myself are trying to find a way to give back to a foundation that had such an impact on our lives. Jenna Kast Believe in Miracles Foundation is a local to Michigan organization who's mission is to grant wishes and enrich the lives of Michigan children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions. Donations go directly to the children and their granting their wishes. There is no large corporate bloat and high priced corporate CEO that eats donation money away. Lois and I will always find ways to keep donating and trying to give back to this foundation, however we need you support to as the needs vastly outweigh what the two of us can contribute on our own.
